We are a new generation multi-disciplinary Law Firm providing a full range of legal, corporate secretarial/transactional and Corporate Governance Services to our clients. The Firm is a sole proprietorship Organisation with few Associate Partners and Associates. The Firm has few professionals from other fields such as Chartered Accountants and Company Secretaries who are consultants to the Firm for catering the needs of the clients in the area of Finance and Secretarial Matters.

To cater to the comprehensive needs of our clients, we have invited the with professionals from other fields including Chartered Accountants (CAs) and Company Secretaries (CS). These professionals as Consultants on matters related to Finance , Taxation etc. Provides Consultancy.

We maintain three active chambers:
- Two offices in Kolkata, strategically located within 200 meters of the Hon’ble High Court at Calcutta.
- One chamber at Uttarpara, Hooghly, within 15 kilometers of Central Kolkata.
We serve clients across India’s major cities and internationally, including clients from the United Arab Emirates, United States of America, United Kingdom, and Mauritius.
