Prodyut is the Proprietor of the Firm. Prodyut is a Seasoned Legal Professional with about nineteen years of experience both in the corporate sector and private practice in India and abroad. He is presently practicing as an Advocate in Calcutta. His area of practice includes Corporate, Constitutional, Criminal and Civil matters.
Prodyut is a Commerce Graduate, a Law Graduate, a Post Graduate in Law, a qualified Company Secretary and having a Diploma in Entrepreneurship Administration and Business Law.
Prodyut appears before the Hon’ble High Court, Calcutta, the National Company Law Tribunal, Kolkata, West Bengal Consumer State Commission and various District and Sessions Courts on regular basis. He has also appeared a few times before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India and the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal.
He is in the panel of a few Government Organisation and also he is an empaneled Arbitrator of all the Stock Exchanges in India including the National Stock Exchange of India and Bombay Stock Exchange. Prodyut is also an empaneled Arbitrator of CDSL.
He has visited many Countries such as United Arab Emirates, The Arab Republic of Egypt, The Republic of Singapore, the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, the Kingdom of Thailand, The Peoples Republic of Bangladesh, The Republic of Nepal and The Royal Bhutan etc on professional Assignments as also for business development and knowledge development

Sujan is an Associate Partner of the Firm having an experience of about twenty three years in the field of Law. He is a Commerce Graduate, a Law Graduate and a qualified Company Secretary. Sujan looks after the Litigation matters of the Firm in the Criminal Courts , Consumer Courts and different Tribunals.
Mr. Dhrubaraj Bhowmik

Dhrubaraj is an Arts and Law Graduate having experience of about eight years in the field of Civil, Criminal and Commercial Laws. He is engaged in litigation matters in High Court, Calcutta as well as in various Civil, Criminal and Commercial Courts. He has expertise in the field of Mediation and Money Recovery.
